WHEN CAN IENJOY FREE SHIPPING?
When the amount of your order exceeds $65, you will be entitled to free standard shipping on your order; in addition, if your order is more than $249, you will have free expedited shipping.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH SHIPMENT DELAYS?
Sometimes, due to weather or customs inspections, etc., shipment delays can occur. Please don’t worry, we will be responsible for any logistics issues and will not let our customers experience any loss.
Under normal circumstances: If your order cannot be delivered within 1-2 months, we will process a full refund or re-make a new pair of glasses for you without any additional fees.
